METAStadt in Vienna is a unique open-air venue located in the city’s 22nd district. Set between historic brick buildings, modern design elements and the unmistakable charm of a former industrial complex, it creates a concert setting unlike any other.

Getting to the METAStadt Open Airs
METAStadt is not only impressive for its architecture, but also for its excellent public transport connections. The venue can be easily reached from all parts of Vienna via the city’s public transport network – and travelling by public transport is strongly recommended. For your individual route planning, we recommend using the WienMobil app or checking the Wiener Linien website.
Tram line 25 takes visitors directly to the “Erzherzog Karl Straße” stop from both the U1 station Kagran and the U2 station Hardeggasse. The S80 suburban railway also stops at this station.
Those who prefer walking can reach METAStadt from the U2 station Stadlau in around 15 minutes, or from Hardeggasse in less than 20 minutes. The venue is also easily accessible by bicycle, with many locations in Vienna reachable within around 30 minutes. Bicycle parking is available on site.
